Do you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep?

Do you find it usually takes more than a half hour for you to fall asleep? Do you wake up in the night finding yourself unable to fall back asleep? Or maybe you’re waking up early in the morning. If so, you’re in good company.

Over 1/3 of the population in the United States doesn’t get enough sleep (Liu, 2016)

Nearly one in six people with sleep troubles take sleeping pills (Chong, 2013)

Sleeping pills, even over short periods, can have serious side effects (Kripke, 2016)

Using techniques based on decades of rigorous research, countless people with even the worst insomnia have reaped tremendous benefits.

Now, these techniques are available to you in the Drug-Free Sleep course.

In the comfort of your own home, you can take back your sleep – and take back your life.
